Update: Almost all power restored after nearly 10,000 lose electricity

This from Seattle City light:

Equipment failure at a City Light substation caused the loss of multiple feeders in the SeaTac/Burien area a around 4:30 this morning, with 9,796 customers losing power. Power was quickly re-routed.

City Light's website initally indicated  12 customers remained without power South of South 96th Street South, North of  124th Street East, West of 39th Avenue South and East of Pacifc Highway South. Power to the rest was restored  by about 5:15 a.m.

But shortly after 9 a.m., the city reported only one person was still without power.  The latest post from City Light is here.
